Eyes for AI — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. Your photos
Photos taken with the Eyes for AI phone app are sent directly to your own computer over your USB cable or your local Wi-Fi network. They are never sent to or stored on our servers. The PC app saves them on your computer and pastes them into the window you choose. Whether a photo is then sent to an AI service is entirely your own action.
3. What we collect
Google Play version and the PC app: we do not collect any personal information. The apps do not contain advertising or analytics.
Amazon bundle version only (sold with a phone stand on Amazon), to confirm your purchase:
- Email address — to send your unlock code, important notices and support.
- Amazon order number — to confirm a genuine purchase.
- A device identifier created by the app — to limit how many devices one purchase can unlock.
4. Information that stays on your devices
The Wi-Fi pairing code, the encryption keys used between your phone and PC, and your settings are stored only on your phone and your PC.
5. Third parties
For the Amazon bundle version, we use Cloudflare to run our server and an email delivery service to send unlock codes. They process this information only for the purposes above. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as required by law. The "Find a phone stand" button opens Amazon, which has its own privacy policy.
6. Keeping and deleting your information
We keep the information in section 3 only as long as needed for those purposes. To ask us to delete it, email support@eyesforai.app.
7. Security
Connections to our server use HTTPS. Wi-Fi connections between your phone and PC are encrypted and accepted only from a PC paired with your code.
8. Children
Eyes for AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post changes on this page and note the date above.

2. 写真について
Eyes for AI のスマホのアプリで撮った写真は、USB ケーブルまたはご自宅・職場の Wi-Fi を通って、あなたの PC へ直接送られます。当方のサーバーに送られたり、保存されたりすることはありません。PC のアプリは写真をあなたの PC に保存し、あなたが選んだ画面に貼り付けます。写真を AI のサービスに送るかどうかは、あなた自身の操作によります。
3. 取得する情報
Google Play 版と PC のアプリ：個人情報は取得しません。広告や利用状況の分析の仕組みも入っていません。
Amazon のスタンド同梱版のみ：購入の確認のため、次の情報を取得します。
- メールアドレス：解除コードの送付、重要なお知らせ、サポートのため。
- Amazon の注文番号：正規の購入を確認するため。
- アプリが作る端末の識別子：1 回の購入で解除できる台数を管理するため。
4. 端末の中だけにある情報
無線の登録コード、スマホと PC の間の暗号化に使う鍵、設定は、あなたのスマホと PC の中だけに保存されます。
5. 第三者のサービス
Amazon のスタンド同梱版では、サーバーの運用に Cloudflare を、解除コードの送信にメール配信サービスを利用します。これらの事業者は、上記の目的の範囲で情報を扱います。当方は、取得した情報を販売せず、法令に基づく場合を除いて第三者に提供しません。「スマホスタンドを探す」ボタンは Amazon を開きます。Amazon には Amazon のプライバシーポリシーがあります。
6. 保存期間と削除
3 の情報は、その目的に必要な期間だけ保存します。削除をご希望の場合は support@eyesforai.app までご連絡ください。
7. 安全管理
当方のサーバーとの通信は HTTPS で暗号化します。スマホと PC の間の無線の通信は暗号化され、登録コードで登録した PC からの接続だけを受け付けます。
8. 子どもの情報
Eyes for AI は 13 歳未満の子どもを対象にしておらず、その情報を意図して取得することはありません。
9. 変更
このポリシーは変更されることがあります。変更はこのページに載せ、上の日付を更新します。
